SRPC Publishes 2025 NH Legislative Toolkit

Strafford Regional Planning Commission staff have completed the 2025 NH Legislative Toolkit, a guide for municipalities that provides an overview of bills from New Hampshire’s 2025 legislative session that have land use, zoning, or housing implications. To inform this toolkit, SRPC staff reviewed all relevant bills and included high level summaries of each one, as well as links to the chaptered final version of each bill, effective dates, and any actions that may be required by municipalities, such as local ordinance or regulation changes. Additionally, SRPC has housing and transportation funding to assist municipalities with changes to their zoning and land use regulations.
