The Legislative Toolkit summarizes Planning, Zoning, and Housing bills passed in the New Hampshire legislature in 2026. These high-level summaries include descriptions of each bill, the effective dates, and any actions needed to be taken by municipalities. The intent of this document is to help municipal leaders, staff, and land use boards navigate the many bills and track which ones will require further action on behalf of municipalities.
