Employer Toolkit

The Seacoast Collaborative Economic Development Region (CEDR), in partnership with SoHo Creative Studio, launched an Employer Toolkit to help businesses attract, develop, and retain talent. Informed by interviews with local employers and potential employees, the toolkit provides practical strategies and insights to support workforce recruitment and retention efforts. Completed in 2023, this resource aims to strengthen the economic vitality of the Seacoast region and beyond.
