The “2011-2016 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy” (CEDS) serves as the economic development appendix of the regional master plan. The 2011-2016 CEDS contains a process of analysis, an economic road map, and an action plan with the purpose to generate economic investment and improve community infrastructure and services.
