EDD Strategy Committee

The EDD Strategy Committee plays a central role in shaping the region’s economic development direction. It serves as the primary venue for stakeholder collaboration during the development, update, and implementation of the CEDS.

The Strategy Committee is responsible for:

• Helping identify regional strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and risks
• Providing input on economic trends affecting businesses, workers, and communities
• Shaping the vision, goals, and strategies of the CEDS
• Strengthening coordination among local, regional, and sector-based partners
• Helping communicate regional needs and opportunities to decision-makers and funding agencies

This meeting requires an in-person quorum. So long as an in-person quorum, members may participate virtually. Guests may attend the meeting virtually or at the SRPC Office, 150 Wakefield Street, Suite 12. All participants, both in-person and virtual, can communicate contemporaneously.
