Request for Proposals – Nottingham Vernal Pools Mapping Project

The Strafford Regional Planning Commission (SRPC) seeks a qualified consultant to conduct a vernal pool inventory and develop associated maps using recent LiDAR data in the Town of Nottingham, New Hampshire. Local volunteers to conduct field verification in Spring 2026.

Summary of Scope:

1. Create maps of vernal pools.
2. Prepare report for Town.
3. Attend public meeting and help develop training materials. 

Additional details:

• Deadline for project completion is May 2026.
• Maximum $8,700 available for the services requested.
• Quotes are due on Friday, September 19, 2025.
